CONSENT TEXT FOR PROCESSING CUSTOMER PERSONAL DATA

Tekbaş Otomotiv Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti., Tekbaş Motorlu Araçlar Pazarlama Ltd. Şti., Tekbaş Ticari Araçlar Pazarlama Ltd. Şti., Tekbaş Teknoloji Otomotiv Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, Peliel Yazılım Hizmetleri Ticaret A.Ş, Roks Otomotiv Yapı San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti, Emelbaş Sigortacılık, and authorized dealers/service providers, within the scope of the Information Note, consent to the processing of my personal data for the purposes of customizing products and services according to my preferences, usage habits, and needs, planning and executing sales and marketing activities, conducting market research, ensuring and/or enhancing loyalty to products and services, planning and executing activities and events related to loyalty and engagement, and sharing with Tekbaş Group and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, including domestic and international business partners, suppliers, logistics companies, broker companies, event companies, digital agencies, call center service providers, audit companies, banks, insurance and intermediary companies, and third parties providing services externally.

TEKBAŞ GROUP and AUTHORIZED DEALER / SERVICE / AFFILIATED COMPANIES – INFORMATION TEXT REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF CUSTOMER PERSONAL DATA

a) Data Controller and Representative Your personal data may be processed by Tekbaş Otomotiv Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti., Tekbaş Motorlu Araçlar Pazarlama Ltd. Şti., Tekbaş Ticari Araçlar Pazarlama Ltd. Şti., and authorized dealers/service providers (collectively referred to as “Tekbaş Group and authorized dealers and service providers” or “Company”) as data controllers in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law No. 6698”), and detailed information can be accessed via the “Protection of Personal Data” section on the websites www.tekbascitroen.com, www.tekbasmitsubishi.com, www.hondatekbas.com, and www.t2el.com, which have been made available to the public.

b) Purposes of Processing Personal Data Your personal data within the scope of our relationship may be processed for the following purposes:

• Planning and executing personalized sales and marketing activities,
• Customizing products and services and making recommendations based on your preferences, usage habits, and needs,
• Conducting market research, ensuring and/or enhancing loyalty to products and services, planning and organizing activities related to loyalty and engagement,
• Offering campaigns and offers to customers based on their purchase history, sending commercial electronic communications to customers’ contact information within this scope,
• Customizing, promoting, planning, and executing necessary activities related to products and services to establish or enhance loyalty to our products and services, conducting satisfaction and loyalty surveys related to our products and services,
• Planning and monitoring the sales, marketing, and promotion processes of products and services,
• Sending suitable campaigns, offers, or event invitations to potential rental customers, vehicle buyers, and/or other customers of our products/services, keeping records, planning, and organizing events and activities, and other purposes falling within the scope of marketing;
• Establishing and managing customer relationships,
• Fulfilling obligations related to after-sales support, conducting processes such as damage or accident processes, valuation, loss assessment, and others, and monitoring them,
• Carrying out financial, accounting, and financial transactions, including billing activities related to the sale,
• Conducting evaluation, analysis, and risk management studies within the legal limits regarding customers,
• Fulfilling warranty obligations, monitoring the processes of motor vehicle insurance and following up on them,
• Managing customer relationships and monitoring corporate governance activities,
• Organizing and monitoring activities such as test drives,
• Managing and monitoring customer requests and complaints,
• Improving and developing the services provided by our company, determining and implementing commercial and business strategies,
• Maintaining and continuing business and operations, ensuring business continuity, monitoring contract processes or legal demands,
• Planning information security processes, establishing and managing information technology infrastructure,
• Ensuring the legal and commercial security of persons and institutions in business relationships with our company and our company,
• Planning and monitoring business conducted with business partners, dealers, or suppliers,
• Monitoring and implementing legal processes and communication processes with official institutions,
• Monitoring, planning, and executing credit evaluation processes conducted by credit provider companies with which we have agreements for credit opportunities applied for,
• Controlling, analyzing, and updating customer data for controlling and monitoring the performance evaluation processes and/or business activities, and other purposes (collectively referred to as the “Purposes”) within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.

c) Parties to Whom and for What Purposes Personal Data May be Transferred Your collected personal data may be shared within the Tekbaş Group and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, including domestic and international business partners, suppliers, logistics companies, broker companies, event companies, digital agencies, call center service providers, audit companies, banks, insurance companies, and other business partners, affiliates, and third parties providing services externally, within the scope of the Purposes mentioned above and in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698, and may be transferred abroad.

d) Method of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Basis Personal data is collected by Tekbaş Group and authorized dealers and service providers through various channels and based on different legal grounds within the scope of the Purposes mentioned above. During this process, your personal data collected physically by us or through our business partners or authorized dealers and service providers; at promotional and sponsorship events; through our manufacturers and other business partners; through digital platforms such as websites, mobile applications, call centers, etc. Your personal data is processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698 and with the purposes stated in this Information Note, and can be processed and transferred within Turkey or abroad.

e) Rights of the Data Subject as Specified in Article 11 of Law No. 6698 As a data subject, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether personal data is being processed,
• To request information if personal data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of the processing of personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, whether domestically or abroad,
• To request the rectification of personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate and to request the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
• To request the erasure or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of Law No. 6698 and to request the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred, despite being processed in accordance with the Law and other related laws,
• To object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• To demand the compensation of damages in case of damages arising from the unlawful processing of personal data, provided that you give your consent, You can exercise your rights by using the methods specified under the “Protection of Personal Data” section on the websites www.tekbascitroen.com, www.tekbasmitsubishi.com, www.hondatekbas.com, and www.t2el.com, and depending on the nature of your request, your request will be concluded as soon as possible and no later than 30 (thirty) days.
